By organizing the job competition via Twitter
and first introduction of candidates in the form of a tweetup,
we avoided the flood of CVs that usually happen in the first round,
but also the application of people who are not fit for the job.
In such a way, people have proved already in the beginning
that they are present on social networks.
We wanted to see at the presentation of the candidates
how communicative and sociable they are,
since these are characteristics that they have to show in the workplace
every day (while communicating via social networks, in the office),
and at the same time it is difficult to evaluate it only from CV or TL.
The media has recognised the uniqueness of the approach.
