It may sound like a joke in that simple question is hidden something very important. The way we eat affects everything: energy, focus, mood, and relationships. That\u2019s why healthy office habits have become something we take seriously, though never without a touch of humor, because life in a communications agency is never dull.<\/p>\n<h2>From a joke to strategy \u2013 how healthy habits became our everyday routine<\/h2>\n<p>It all started casually, with memes about food delivery and quick lunch decisions. But quickly we realised, if we already talk so much about food, we should start thinking about it more intentionally.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s how the <strong>Health &amp; Happy project<\/strong> came to be, an internally developed initiative that not only made us rethink what we eat, but reflect on our habits, rhythms, and needs.<\/p>\n<h2>Health &amp; Happy \u2013 more than just a nutrition campaign<\/h2>\n<p>The project started from an authentic need, and not HR trends. Everyone in the team took part, with clear goals in mind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adopting healthy office habits<\/li>\n<li>Learning about nutrition and physical activity<\/li>\n<li>Reducing stress and improving focus<\/li>\n<li>Strengthening mutual support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Healthy eating is no longer just an individual choice; it\u2019s becoming <strong>a shared value<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Education as foundation of change<\/h2>\n<p>To mark World Food Day, we invited <strong>Miljana Pavkovi\u0107<\/strong>, a nutritionist and sports nutrition advisor from Farmacia, to our office. Some takeaways that stuck:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Variety is key<\/strong> \u2013 the more colourful your plate, the better<\/li>\n<li><strong>Protein is essential<\/strong> \u2013 not just for athletes<\/li>\n<li><strong>Carbs aren\u2019t the enemy<\/strong> \u2013 they\u2019re fuel<\/li>\n<li><strong>Water and sleep<\/strong> are underrated productivity boosters<\/li>\n<li><strong>Each body is different<\/strong> \u2013 no single plan fits all<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After the workshop, many colleagues got a body composition analysis to receive personalised recommendations \u2013 another step towards a more informed approach to health.<\/p>\n<h2>How healthy habits shape team culture?<\/h2>\n<p>Health isn\u2019t just a personal matter. When a team works together on building better habits, something shifts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>More energy<\/strong> \u2192 more ideas and better focus<\/li>\n<li><strong>Less stress<\/strong> \u2192 clearer communication<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shared goals<\/strong> \u2192 stronger connections<\/li>\n<li><strong>Less \u201cguilt tripping\u201d<\/strong> \u2192 more understanding<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Instead of criticising, we <strong>learn together<\/strong>. Because we know change happens one step at a time.<\/p>\n<h2>What\u2019s next? Building sustainable habits<\/h2>\n<p>The Health &amp; Happy project continues, with plans for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>More workshops (on sleep, exercise, mental health)<\/li>\n<li>Internal challenges (sugar-free week, hydration goals, 10k steps a day)<\/li>\n<li>Personalised approaches \u2013 because there\u2019s no \u201cone size fits all\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration with external experts and nutritionists<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our goal isn\u2019t overnight transformation, but <strong>building a culture of health that lasts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Healthy habits start with a story<\/h2>\n<p>We may not be fitness enthusiasts or certified wellness experts, but we\u2019re a team that wants better for ourselves. And that\u2019s a great place to start.<\/p>\n<p>Healthy habits at work aren\u2019t a luxury \u2013 they\u2019re an investment.
