Metamorfoza, the Croatian company behind the global phenomenon Museum of Illusions, entrusted us with a mission: to strategically position both the brand and the team behind the world’s fastest-growing museum franchise, not only in the eyes of the local public, but also among key stakeholders, top-tier talent and experts.

Through a carefully crafted communication strategy, we achieved more than we set out to do -and we did it in just one year. Over 70 earned media placements in Croatia’s leading outlets, including four prime-time TV features, three key press releases, a media briefing attended by more than dozen journalists, and seven original interviews and feature stories – achieved by earned media.

We successfully communicated the global expansion, with a special focus on the opening of its largest location to date – in Las Vegas. At the same time, we emphasised that all strategic and operational decisions are made in Zagreb, reinforcing the brand’s local roots.

In parallel, we positioned Metamorfoza as a serious and attractive employer, resulting in a doubling of staff. Every message was delivered with intention – targeted, measured, and impactful.
