Microsoft, one of the global technology leaders, has chosen Komunikacijski laboratorij to provide public relations services across nine key markets: Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan.
This collaboration includes support in strategic consulting, corporate and crisis communications, as well as relations with media and content creators. The focus is on strategic communications that reinforce Microsoft’s position as a leader in the use of artificial intelligence in digital transformation, innovation, and responsible business.
Komunikacijski laboratorij is also responsible for communications for the Xbox brand, part of Microsoft’s gaming division.
