Like many great ideas, this one was born spontaneously - after hours, among colleagues reflecting on daily life, shared values, and the broader impact of our profession. That’s how the idea emerged: to create a closet - not an ordinary one, but a sustainable, ethical, and collective wardrobe filled with pieces by local designers, shared and worn by our team. Kom Lab Closet isn’t just a physical space in our office. It’s a concept, an initiative, and a platform that uses fashion to communicate authentic messages, support local designers, and bridge the worlds of fashion, business, and social responsibility.

From the start, we defined clear objectives:

Collaboration with Designers and Local Partners

For Kom Lab Closet, we partnered with 20 Croatian designers. Brands such as A’marie, Fasada, Morana Krklec, PETAR, DNK, The All, and many others. Each bringing a unique aesthetic but sharing the same vision: fashion that is sustainable, thoughtful, and relevant. Conversations with designers both in person and online opened space for dialogue and a shared creative vision. Every piece tells a story, and every garment carries a message of design excellence and social purpose.

Colleagues use pieces from the closet for business events, presentations, and client meetings. It has become a space for sharing, support, and genuine connection within the team.

As a PR agency, we aim to advocate for socially responsible behaviour. Kom Lab Closet promotes mindful purchasing, ethical fashion practices, and sustainable habits.

Fit for Purpose – Clothing with a Sustainable Intent

In selecting pieces, we followed the principles of “fit for purpose” and “fit to all sizes”. We wanted inclusive, practical and elegant pieces that can be easily combined, last and used over time – regardless of size. The wardrobe itself was built by Iverpan, our partner, highlighting both the local and sustainable aspect of the project.
