When Infinum told us they had (once again) acquired an international company, we knew we had to share the news with the business world. So, we did.
One of Croatia’s largest IT companies and our long-term client, Infinum, acquired the Dutch agency Your Majesty in early 2025.
This was Infinum’s third acquisition in recent years. After acquiring a New York agency in 2023, Infinum doubled its revenue in the US market, and this move marked the next step in their global expansion, with a focus on Western European, UK, and US markets.
We knew that the acquisition of Your Majesty was big news not only for Infinum, but also for the Croatian business and IT scene.
The joint event in Amsterdam on 6th February, where Infinum and Your Majesty announced the merger, was the perfect opportunity to communicate the news with both Croatian and global media.
Recognised as a success story within the Croatian public, we wanted Infinum to be the leading news in the national media. To show journalists first-hand what Infinum is, who the experts working there are, who their clients are, and why this acquisition is so important, we organised a press trip to Amsterdam for Croatian journalists.
The journalist from Dnevnik Nove TV, Sanja Vištica, along with cameraman Milan Vuksan, the journalist from Jutarnji list, Karla Zupičić, and the journalist from Večernji list, Zoran Vitas, went to Amsterdam with us and the Infinum team.
Media Coverage and Press Day in Amsterdam
Before the trip, Komunikacijski laboratorij prepared the media release, a Q&A document for journalists about Infinum and the Your Majesty acquisition, as well as the travel itinerary and organised activities in Amsterdam. This included a press day with representatives from both companies, during which they conducted interviews and took statements from CEO Nikola Kapraljević and Georgios Athanassiadis, as well as members of Infinum’s management.
Three media outlets had the exclusive right to publish the release on the day of the event, and Nova TV connected directly to Dnevnik (the News) that same evening, along with an interview with Nikola Kapraljević and a large feature on Infinum.
The result of our campaign was over 90 media mentions, including the press release and interviews with members of the management teams and CEOs of both Infinum and Your Majesty. The total reach of the campaign was estimated at over 2 million people across Croatia and the region.
