Three Cities, One Experience – The Premium Launch of Porsche Customer Relations Hubs

When a premium brand such as Porsche Digital opens three strategically important customer support locations across Europe, every detail must align perfectly.

As an agency, we designed and organised the opening of the new Porsche Customer Relations Hub in Zagreb, simultaneously with Berlin and Barcelona via streaming. The goal was to create an experience that reflected Porsche’s core values. Precision, innovation, and premium customer service across three different European cities.

The project unfolded simultaneously in all three cities, with the Komunikacijski laboratorij team fully responsible for the Zagreb event – from creative concept development, cross-location streaming, logistics, and protocol, to on-site coordination and PR support.

The opening took place at the Porsche Digital Croatia offices in Zagreb, attended by key representatives from Porsche Digital and Porsche AG. The event was envisioned as a combination of business presentation and exclusive brand experience, focused on the customer perspective and Porsche’s digital future.

Special attention was given to storytelling through captivating, interactive scenography, speeches, visual design, and media content.

Local authenticity was embedded in every detail – from the choice of venue and catering to guest selection – all carrying the unmistakable Porsche DNA.

The Zagreb event mirrored the tone and atmosphere of the parallel openings in Berlin and Barcelona, with thoughtful adaptations for the local market and audience. Following the formal part, guests enjoyed networking in a relaxed yet sophisticated setting.
