Today at the Croatian Employers’ Association, a round table “The people, the foundation of entrepreneurial success” was organized by the agency for executive search and strategic human resources consulting Selectio. The topic of the panel was human resources management in small and medium-sized companies within the QHR project, and Manuela Šola, on behalf of the agency Komunikacijski laboratorij, participated as a guest. The project QHR is a method through which organizations can diagnose the strengths and weaknesses in their employee management. Komunikacijski laboratorij participated in the analysis a along with nine other companies.
In the discussion about the importance of a structured human resources management, participated also Ana Majetić, member of the Board of DOK-ING, Alan Sumina, director of Nanobit, Nikola Kapraljević, director and partner of Infinum and Goran Mirković, director of AVL-AST.
During the dynamic experience exchange, Manuela Šola pointed out that all organizations at one time undergo a development phase which can sometimes be challenging. She said it’s important to be aware of errors and also experience that comes with age and added: “For an organization to change, I had to primarily change myself as a manager, and thus change internal communications. Changing the culture of the agency and the introducing semi-annual evaluations, for both management and employees, changed the climate of the company. “
